Currently, I work at GroupM Germany as an Associate Creative Director—My role involves managing team development, overseeing project scheduling, and pushing innovative campaign approaches. I also provide mentorship to team members and occasionally step into the role of a part-time educator to share knowledge and foster growth.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I participate in new business initiatives, including pitching for projects and acquiring new clients. I also contribute to the industry by taking part in creative award submissions and serving on juries.

I am a multifaceted creative professional—a blend of conceptualizer, ideator strategist, storyteller, designer and photographer - stepping up to support all kinds of projects that require creative solutions.

Although I’ve been at "only" one agency, the vast GroupM client portfolio has exposed me to a variety of clients and industries throughout the years, allowing me to tackle the most diverse challenges along the way.
